Looking for a 3 bedroom condo in Indian Shores on the beach. Is it all hit and miss as to how run down the unit might be? Any thoughts on Sand Dollar or Holiday Villhttp://cdn.tripadvisor.com/img/buttons_en/update.gifas II or Sand Castle II?

We stayed at the Sea Gate a few years ago. It was a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo gulf front, very clean and the price was great. We had 5 adults and two children. I would recommend this condo highly. The condo was listed on VRBO.com, (which is vacation rental by owner)
We actually are going to Indian Shores in early May rented a 2 bedroom through the same web site. I spoke to the owners and they were just great. They have pictures on sites also. Very reliable website.

If the Sea Gate is across from the Barefoot Beach Resort (I think it is), there was major reconstruction going on at that building in December/January and looked like it was going to continue for some time.
