Let%26#39;s say we are staying at PO, take Disney transport to AK for the day and then over to AKL for dinner afterward (say 5:30ish)...... How do we get home? Can we get back to AK to bus back to PO- I%26#39;m assuming they won%26#39;t be sending them there anymore (6:30-7pm), so do we take a bus to another park or DTD and then bus back to PO? Or is best option to drive to AK and on from there? Just trying to mentally figure this out!

Either of the two options you mention sounds fine; you can take the boat launch back to PO from DTD if you go by bus to DTD. If you%26#39;re really concerned about time, if you will have a car, driving would be the best option, and parking at AK is free if you are staying at PO.

Driving is by far the best option unless you are going to be drinking. Otherwise,just take whatever park bus comes to the Animal Kingdom Lodge first and then take the Port Orleans bus from that park.
