What%26#39;s the story about someone who lives along the beach in Saint (something), and the wind blows the sand off the beach onto his property and he puts the sand back onto the beach and they are fineing him 50,000 pounds.

Only just caught this but it seems that the guy lives right by the beach so as the wind blows in so does the sand, he sweeps it up and puts it back on the beach but he has now been threatned with a 拢50.000 fine or even a prison sentance because the local authorities say its fly tipping (dumping rubbish) to my knowledge as yet there is no outcome.
