4 Bedroom Condo???

Looking for a 4 bedroom condo for August. Does anyone know of some in the area? We want to be on the beach and a pool is a must.

have you found anything? I checked several websites and it looks like no 4 bedroom condos to be found. Some 3 bedrooms have a sleeper sofa. There are houses, but most are not on the beach.Good luck.

hi sue, google harbor village ponce inlet. this is a real high end gated place at the end of the island. they have 4 bed 4 bath units. can%26#39;t say whether they are avail. for rent but i bet there are some available. don%26#39;t be afraid to haggle w/ the owners over price, there or any other place around here, be it a 4 bedroom or 2, 2bedrooms. there is such a HUGE inventory of empty units you can%26#39;t believe it. I work on these buildings, for a major contractor, and know for a fact, that given the available units versus the potential buyers/renters, they are willing to deal! w/o going into detail, try to concentrate on newer condos. they are so ';upside down'; on they%26#39;re loans they will be happy to get anything out of the property. good luck dave

I forgot about those Dave, but I think they are all monthly rentals. Wouldn%26#39;t hurt to check though! Making a deal with the owner is good advice, we have always been able to ';work out at deal';!
