We are planning a last minute vacation...2 adults, 4 kids (13, 12, 10 and 6 yrs old).... want a nice beach hotel, close to activities for the kids...not sure if we can get into Ft Lauderdale at this late time..how%26#39;s Deerfield Beach area? Are there kids activities there?

Mick, I found a great 2 bedroom suite at Lago Mar. family friendly. i have really done alot of research for my 3 kids. They have their own private beach and the reviews are good everywhere. good luck

Deerfield has come along way in terms of its beach in the past few years but i woudn%26#39;t say there is alot to do for the kids besides the beach.
Try the Pelican Grand Beach Resort. It%26#39;s right on the beach and has a lazy river and ice cream shop your kids would enjoy.
