How does this sound??

I am interested in renting a villa through vr360floridavillas.co.uk.

Has anyone rented from them before or know if this is a valid site?

The thing I found odd about the home we would like to rent is that they do not have a terms and conditions document and I have only seen them advertise on this site. I emailed the site itself and asked them if this owner was credable and they said yes, they took the pictures of this home for the owner. Would it be ok to rent from them or not?

How does this sound??

Have not booked through them, but depending on when you are going I wouldn%26#39;t hesitate to recommend www.luxury-rental-holiday-villa-orlando.co.uk.

Although we haven%26#39;t actually been yet, they are UK based, and were more then helpful and very good value, not forgetting the fact that the home itself looks beautiful, and the website contained more information than any other I have seen.

Tomski, I looked at the site and the house is very beautiful but way more than we need. We are looking at a 4 bedroom home. We could even get away with a 3 bedroom. Thanks for your help.

We looked on this site too hailey and it looks good.

We only needed a 3 bed as we have 3 kids but ended up with a 5 bed as i was a really good deal.

It seemed to me that there were less 3 bed villas about %26amp;amp; they weren%26#39;t really any cheaper because of this.

This is just my opinion:)

Hi Haileybailey

We were recommended a villa booked direct with the owner by a friend who stayed there in October last year and has re-booked for Christmas. It looks fab and is on the Glebrook Estate - near to Disney, has its own pool and there is a communial pool too, tennis courts, gym, games room etc.

The e-mail address is sunshinevalley1@aol.com, hope that helps.

I would recommend renting from the owner directly. You can find a home on several websites like www.vrbo.com- www.greatrentals.com- www.cyberrentals.com

You can contact the owner directly, check availability, and see photos. I would be very skeptical of renting from someone who does not have a terms and conditions spelled out. I have rented from several different owners in the past, and each owner had all the particulars spelled out. We had a contract that we signed that stated when deposit would be returned, damage info, etc.

You could still find a house in the development you want by searching on any of those sites. Good luck!
