Hotel with airport and port shuttle

Can anyone offer a good hotel to stay at with free shuttle from FLL airport and the Ft. Lauderdale port?

Several that I believeoffer shuttles to and from both are the La Quinta , Holiday Inn and Days Inn in Hollywood, the Sleep Inn in Dania Beach and several hotels on State Rd 84, the best of which are the Holiday Inn Express Airport/Seaport,and the Hampton Inn Airport North. The Ramada Inn and Best Western Fort Lauderdale on the same road, I%26#39;d classify as ok , but not terrific. The last four mentioned on St. Rd 84 are otherwise isolated and have no restaurants nearby except the rather marginal ones at the Best Western and the Ramada and a German place kind of near the othertwo ( but not a nice area to walk in.) The Red Carpet Inn and Rodeway Inn on St. Rd 84 offer shuttles but are unacceptable lodgings- as the reviews clearly show..

The Embassy Suites on SE 17th St. seems to have revised their service and apparently only offers Port shuttle and possibly one way to or from the airport- it seems a bit confusing and different people seem to be getting different answers there lately.

None of the hotels along Ft. Lauderdale Beach offer any free shuttle , so anything on A1A or Seabreeze would not.

The Holiday Inn Express on SE 17th Street near the Convention Center is also a possibility. There are several restaurants nearby and the hotel offers a free shuttle to/from the airport and cruise port.

Just got back from a cruise and we stayed at the La Quinta Inn at the FLL airport. They have a shuttle from the airport plus to the Fort Everglades Port in the morning. The La Quinta was 200. a night but worth it. Nice room, great staff and complimentary breakfast.

I just got off the phone with the Embassy on 17th....they will take you to the airport and seaport, but will not pick you up from those locations.

What re your thoughts about Comfort Inn?

There are three I can think of- do you mean the one on S. Federalat 17th St, the one on Commercial Blvd or the one on Stirling Rd?

The Comfort Inn on Stirling Rd has shuttle service to the airport and the port.

I know they have a shuttle, but most of the renviews of it are treally bad- mentioning both roaches and mold. Just wondering if the previous poster has stayed theer any time recently?
