Airlines

My husband and I have flown with USAirways for the absolute last time. Three years in a row and not one good trip. This last trip ended with a ticket agent screaming at several passengers as they checked in to receive boarding passes. There were other difficult experiences also with this trip but no need to bother you with them-My question-can anyone recommend another airline that you have flown several times with little disappointment.

Thanks, Chazleen

Hi Chazleen,

I stopped flying US Air a while ago since their customer service is terrible.

I don%26#39;t know how far out in Connecticut you are or what airport you prefer to fly out from so my advice my not help. I fly Jetblue and only Jetblue into Ft. Myers about a dozen times a year. I%26#39;ve been doing so for 4 years straight without one bad flight. I fly out of JFK.

Hope this helps.

We just flew Delta between BDL and RSW ... nonstop no less! But I think it%26#39;s seasonal. We had a great trip down, no problems with service. Delayed for the return, due to headwinds for the plane coming from NY ... but still not bad. Great service all around. I agree that if you%26#39;re closer to NY airport Jet Blue may be airlline of choice ... several friends have used that to get to RSW without complaint. You may also want to check Providence if you are on the eastern side of the state.

This is on the Naples Forum so more about Naples Airport ( APF). We have commercial service on Delta%26#39;s affiliate to and from Atlanta several times a day a wonderful way of by-passing RSW. Naples airport is very small but efficient, parking is free and so much easier. If you have to fly though Atlanta anyway go all the way direct to Naples!
