Hiya im going to Florida for my honeymoon in September what is the weather like then?
thanks
What is the weather like in September in Florida
Hot, humid, and it rains nearly every day.
September is still very much summer weather in Orlando, so you get very muggy, humid days, and at some point in the day almost every day, it%26#39;s going to rain.
Last September, I walked around everywhere with a towel so I could ';mop up'; the sweat on my face every few minutes. It%26#39;s pretty miserable for someone who likes cooler climates.

Aww thats a shame I heard the weather was quite nice - I love hot weather so it wont bother me - shame about the rain though!
We went from 19th September till October 4th 2006 and we only saw rain for one day and luckily this was the day we decided to stay at the hotel and relax.
Apart from that it rained the night we arrived and we got soaked but for the 2 weeks of hardly any rain I could live with that!!
That sounds more like it!! ha ha I could cope with a few days of rain or even it just rained for a wee whyle during the day, but the thought of two full weeks pf non stop rain would not be nice!!!
thanks for getting back to me on that
When Kat said it rain almost every day she is talking about a 10-15 minute (if that) rain, not a all day rain.
My one experince in Sept. was hot, humid, thunderstorm at 3:00P and more of the same. Also there are flying pests known as ';love bugs'; Don%26#39;t bite but land on you your food, drinks etc. Really messy. And now for the good news!! The parks are comparatively quiet as all schools are back in and the Brits have yet to invade.
The bugs dont sound too good!! , but I suppose you get things like that everywere almost! So the park is a bit quiter then in September - that is good news!! Im really excited about going so looking to find out as much information as posible as its my honeymoon so hopefully will be a special holiday.
I forgot about the ';love bugs'; as we didn%26#39;t see too many in the early part of September, but in the latter half of the month, they do seem to be everywhere. They are more nuisance than anything.
Yes, I didn%26#39;t mean ';all day'; rains happen everyday in September, but it does seem to rain for 15 or so minutes every day, sometimes more than once in the afternoon/evening too.

We actuallly prefer to go in September than any other month because of the low crowds, summer-like weather and off season rates. It does rain around 3-4pm every day, but only for 15-20 minutes and then it is just more humid! But did I mention OFF SEASON RATES?? That makes it a wonderful time to go. Good Luck with your planning. Best wishes!

Goddess - we love September in the rain. The rain, as mentioned, is only a brief affair but is jaw droppingly amazing - as are the thunder and lightning displays. It is hot, and humid, and (as someone from the north east of Scotland) you%26#39;ll absolutely love it all.
