It took me a while to find it!
Go to www.universalorlando.com and click on the ';nightlife'; option, then the ';movie theater'; option under Things to Do. This will take you to a page with all the details including a further link where you can find all the restaurants taking part in the deal and the menus on offer (these are more limited than their normal menus but there are still plenty of options).
Apparantly you just buy the tickets at City Walk so there is no need to book in advance etc.
