opinions: beachside palms, south beach cndo htel, or malyn?

Another post about beachside palms, I know, but I also need help deciding which of the above 3 we should choose. We are getting away for a few days for our annniversary in January. Just want to hang out, relax, walk (no rental car), eat out, etc. Would like quiet and privacy. Deciding between a couple places in Clearwater and these in TI. Please help sway my decision!

Another thought: Can you tell me if any of the above three (beach side palms, south beach condo, or malyn) are near to decent restaurants? We wil just be there for a few days %26amp; don%26#39;t want to rent a car.

Hi; We just booked our trip at the beachside palms. They called us within 24 hours of e-mailing them. We have spoken to the lady that owns them several times just to confirm things and she sounds very caring and nice. I hope that you hear from them soon. Take care.
