Has anyone been here recently? I have made reservations here for June 2007 but after reading the reviews I%26#39;m getting leery. We are not neat freaks and definately are looking for a small,quiet beach front location but I%26#39;ve read horrid reviews recently.

Our family has also booked for a 12 night stay and like the previous note, we are also worried about the bad reviews. I asked a friend to go there and check it out for us. She told me that the oceanfront efficiency is clean, however the premises are a bit run down, rust on chairs and windows. Not sure what to do at this point. If someone else has been there recently please provide your feedback.

I was there and i say stay away far far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might try the Captain%26#39;s Quarters just a few doors down from the Little Inn by the Sea. It is clean and right on the ocean. We have enjoyed staying there previously.
Well I wimped out - cancelled the reservation and we%26#39;re going to Hollywood FL instead. I sent reservation requests to several small places and Donna from the Manta Ray called me immediately to book. She was personable and the recent reviews were good . I%26#39;ll post next month on how it went. BTW it took 3 e-mails and finally a call to the chamber of commerce to get my refund.
