Condo selection help...please

I need your help!!!-----Please! Trying to book a vaca for the week of 4-19-08, 2 parents, 2 kids, 16 and 12.....also, another family will be booking a unit at the same time!! I am having a hard time deciding where to stay..we require a large pool, on the beach, and of course, walking distance to rentals for my 16 year old,,,to jet ski, shop, etc...? Does anyone have any other suggestions? would be fine!! I thank you!!

take a look at Pointe Estero on FMB we stayed there for many years and our kids loved it. I think it meets all your requirements - request a gulf view room for spectacular sunsets.

Thank you! It isnt, by any chance by Lovers Key? Is it? We stayed at Lovers Key one year.....quaint, but NO beach,,,and boring!

Hi-

I live in SC now, but was born and raised in the Ft. Myers area and we visit frequently- often staying on Ft. Myers Beach. I%26#39;ve heard good things about all the Sunstream Resorts -Pointe Estero being one of them- and no it is not on Lover%26#39;s Key. It is on the South end of the island- where some of the best beach is.

Personally though, I prefer the north end of FMB. It is closer to Times Square- where all the action is- and has much less traffic- making it easier to get on and off the island- if you want to. For a true ';resort'; you may want to check out The Pink Shell Resort - they must have 20+ different styles and size accomodations. They have several pools, tennis, kids activities, their own jet ski rentals, etc. If you%26#39;re thinking smaller scale- Edison Beach house is very nice and is the closest of all to Times Square. I%26#39;ve stayed at both and would recommend either
