Uk passport holder visiting USA from Africa

I am British with a UK passport traveling in august to the US from Africa.

Will i also need to fill out this green waiver form?

I have got the new type passport especially for this trip.

Is that enough???

I am also travelling with a Gambian passport holder (child) but she

has an American visitors visa will i also have to fill one out for her???

You will need to complete a green I 94 visa waiver and the child, a white I 94 form. If the child is not your daughter, I imagine the Border Patrol will ask you a number of searching questions.

Do not expect them to be friendly, they will be at best abrupt at worst rude.

Thanks gordon

very helpful information

The American visa i got for my daughter has typed on it that she is traveling with me so it should be OK but i have all the necessary paperwork to support our relationship.

She has traveled to the UK 5 times before so i know how it can be

But i Know US it a bit more tough.

The first American landing is Newark to change planes and then to our first destination Chicago

do you think we have to go through immigration at Newark or only when we reach our destination??? and when we arrive in Orlando 3 weeks later will we have to go through it all again?

Any advise would be helpful

You go through immigration at your first american airport. As long as you have the supporting documentation that she is yours, you%26#39;ll be fine. If you are her mother legally, see about getting her a UK passport on your next visit to the UK as this will help when travelling in the EU and USA.
